Please help us build a school

The Problem - It's a BIG one!

There are thousands of children in SW Uganda who have no access to an education.  For many, the schools are too far away to get to.  For those who have a school within walking distance, there are usually 100+ students/teacher, not enough desks, books, school supplies, etc.  The buildings have dirt floors which turn to mud during rainy season.  

Often the government isn't able to pay the teachers so their dedication wanes.  And, in order to feed their families, they will pick up jobs here and there and the children at the schools are left unattended. 

It's impossible to learn under these conditions.

Our Solution

We want to build a 400-student, modern, safe primary school.  We know we can't educate ALL of the children who deserve it but we can help 400 at a time.  We have the land....we just need the money!
